Hello class!!
How are things going so far? It is Wednesday and hopefully you have now had a chance to get started on things. Like the other two days this week, see the assignments listed below and write your answers down on paper or in a scribbler. Use whatever you have at your house.😀 Take your time working through things, there is no rush, finish whatever you can do.
Assignments:
1. Spelling
Body spell out each word four times, just like we did in class. Remember that arms are up high for tall letters, arms out to the sides of your body for middle letters and letters that hang low, put your hands on your knees.

2. Reading/Writing
Pick a story book to read at your house or from online. (Tumble books through the Calgary Public Library or www.education.com>stories>first-grade).Draw a picture and write a sentence for each story part below:

-Setting (Where is the story happening?)
The story takes place at ____________.
-Problem (What did the character have to solve in the story?
The problem was ___________________.
-Solution (How was the problem solved?)
The problem was solved when __________.
3. Math (See the photos)
More practice with adding and subtracting. Remember to use something to help you count, or a ruler as a number line, if you need help.
